Tali Kessler is a partner at Rechnitz, Kessler & Co. and a licensed notary. For close to three decades, she has advised families on estate planning, wills and trusts, probate, and the tax-efficient transfer of real estate and family wealth between generations. She has particular experience with estates that include multiple properties, and with foreign residents who own assets in Israel: drafting Israeli wills for non-residents, obtaining inheritance and probate orders for heirs living abroad, and structuring transfers that preserve Israeli tax exemptions.
Adv. Kessler is certified by the Administrator General at the Israeli Ministry of Justice to prepare Enduring Powers of Attorney.
